Refund and Exchange Policy: All ticket sales processed through our third party ticket provider Ticketleap are final and cannot be refunded. They can be exchanged under certain circumstances or credited for use on future purchases. The same refund and exchange policy applies to all classes, workshops, masterclasses, and camps. For all merchandise sales, refunds and exchanges may be issued within 30 days of receipt of merchandise by contact the theatre directly at 973-907-7775, so we can address your concern or issue directly and work with you to correct the situation. For disputes, please contact the theatre directly at 973-907-7775 so we can address your concerns and ensure your concerns are resolved in a timely manner. Gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. In the event of a double charge, unknown charge, or price differences reflected on your bank statement, refunds will be accepted and adjustments will be made on any and all sales by calling the theatre directly at 973-907-7775. If you have any questions or concerns about a purchase or a product that you have received please CONTACT US so we can address your concern and make it right!

Tax, Shipping & Delivery and Processing Fees: Star Royale Theatre is a for-profit company and as such, all transactions include NJ sales tax of 6.625% (this tax is already included in gift card purchases) and an online purchase processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction to cover credit and debit card processing fees. Shipping and delivery fees vary depending on the weight, size, and speed you select at checkout, but you will be able to review and make changes to shipping and delivery fees prior to completing your order. Please note that during peak seasons, shipping and delivery charges may increase. Our merchandise is made available via Printly, a drop-shipping service and is fulfilled through this third-party drop-shipper once the order has been placed. Drop-shipping may take a slightly longer amount of time to process and fulfill, so we recommend making any merchandise purchases needed for a specific date at least two to three weeks in advance for standard shipping. The orders may arrive via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL, depending on where the order is being shipped from. Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped via e-mail and will receive a confirmation email once they have completed their order.

Gift Card Purchases: We do not offer physical cards. All gift cards are digital and will be delivered to the recipient's e-mail specified by the purchaser during checkout. The purchaser will also receive a receipt as confirmation of their order. If the intended e-mail is found to be incorrect after purchase, please contact the theatre directly at 973-907-7775 so we can ensure the gift card is routed to the correct e-mail recipient. Customers wishing to redeem their gift card for ticket purchases MUST contact the theatre at 973-907-7775 or come to the box office in person to redeem. Ticketleap will not recognize the gift card provided on our website. For all purchases made directly on our website (classes, workshops, masterclasses, camps, merchandise, participation fees) the gift card may be used as a form of payment at the time of checkout. If a customer is having trouble redeeming a gift card, please contact us directly so we can address your concern and ensure it is resolved.

Disputing a Charge: If you are not aware of a charge appearing on your bank statement that appears to be coming from us, or have been double charged, or there is a difference in the amount you were charged versus what your receipt is showing you, your product is defective, or if you do not receive your product, you have the right to dispute the charge and request a full refund. All refund requests MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING, with the Name, Date of Purchase, Receipt Number, and Reason for the refund request or dispute. You can EMAIL US or Send us a CHAT on our website, or use the DISPUTE NOW button below. We cannot accept disputes and refund requests for ticket purchases after a performance date has passed, or prior to a performance date (per our above policy) unless the dispute is for one of the reasons stated at the beginning of this paragraph. If we determine there is a valid grounds for your dispute or refund request, we will immediately begin the refund process on our end, which could take up to 7 business days for your bank to process and reflect on your banking statement, following the date we respond to your dispute and initiate your refund (which is usually within 24-48 hours, but may be up to 7 days, depending on what investigative steps we need to take on our end to address your dispute). If we do not respond to your dispute or refund request within 7 days, or you are not satisfied with the outcome of your dispute or refund request, you have the right to contact your bank and dispute the charge with them.
